COVID-19 Statement

To our Valued Customers, Vendors, Employees, and their families:

On March 16th, the President of the United States along with U.S. Department of Homeland Security issued updated Coronavirus Guidance for America. This guidance states that:

“If you work in a critical infrastructure industry, as defined by the Department of Homeland Security, such as healthcare services and pharmaceutical and food supply, you have a special responsibility to maintain your normal work schedule."

As outlined in both the federal and state declarations, it was made clear, that our business must remain open and operational in support of life-sustaining companies which include food, pharmaceutical, logistics and medical supply industries.

We have been asked for and given our commitment to our customers that we continue to support them in their efforts to service the national, state, and local needs as required.

In our offices and shops, we have implemented remote from home strategy, restricted access to our building from outside personnel and visitors and increased the cleaning/sanitizing of high-touch and common areas. We are practicing social distancing, wearing face masks, requiring  frequent handwashing/sanitizing, and working in shifts to minimize exposure. We have given our technicians gloves, masks, chemical suits, disinfectant and wipes in order to help keep themselves safe from exposure and to sanitize equipment before and after servicing  We are asking customers to sanitize their equipment prior to us working on it and to provide adequate ventilated space for our technicians to work in order to protect them.

Consistent with CDC guidelines, all employees have been directed to stay home if they, or someone in their family is sick. We will continue to monitor and revise policy in accordance with these CDC guidelines.

We are thinking of everyone during this challenging time and know that together we can beat this!
